We have been ISO 9001 certified since 1994, upgraded to ISO 9001:2008 in 2009, giving you confidence that our standards are continually maintained and confirmed. Quality products ensure better customer satisfaction and have a direct impact on cost and on-time delivery. Superior Electronics' focus on quality starts at the beginning, with high quality materials used in manufacturing and continues through the design and production process all the way through packaging and delivery.
Incoming Quality Control
Raw materials are checked for quality and consistency with the given requirements. Delivery schedules are monitored and adjusted as needed to ensure a smooth production schedule and on-time delivery.
Process Quality Control
Testing is carried out at each step of the development and manufacturing process according to rigorous procedures and standards and is well-documented. Any issues are analyzed and dealt with immediately and needed changes implemented.
Outgoing Quality Control
The finished product is inspected and approved and accessories, literature, and packaging are inspected and approved before being prepared for shipment. Shipping cartons are carefully chosen and checked to ensure that your product arrives in good condition.
